About Nicole and NS Counseling
Hello, and Welcome.
At NS Counseling, you are offered a calming, safe space to express yourself, your thoughts and your feelings without fear of judgment or retaliation. We often come across different circumstances in our lives where we may need a specific type of resource or help from others. Therapy is a resource that is available for self growth, gaining insight, strengthening relationships, working through difficult life events, learning and exercising coping skills, and having a safe place to reflect on your thoughts and feelings. No matter what it is that brings you to this time in your life, know that you are not alone.
Work through any emotional distress through Individual, Couples, or Family Therapy.

I love coffee and tea, and therefore always have it readily available in my office to share.
I reference Harry Potter in my personal and professional life often, so don't be surprised if I mention it, if appropriate!
I love reading... but as a parent, a wife, and caretaker and running my own practice, time can be limited, so I have just discovered the amazing power of audio books! Don't judge. ;)
I have no talent for creative art, so I admire others art work and often will display what I can in the waiting room or on Instagram! Check them out :)
